Trajectory
I'm going to tell you here in this space a little bit of my trajectory, in a timeline that was built through the development of skills, but mainly, through the process of various insights towards self-knowledge. There were searches, mismatches, mistakes, stumbles, restarts and successes. I consider personal development as something continuous, in which maturity facilitates the vision of what was previously moved by expectation and doubt. This path led me to realize how much people came to me for advice, opinions and ideas for their lives, their problems and their businesses. In this sense, I decided to follow forward with this initiative, however more organized and fluid to be a contribution to people. This is how I present at this moment, the consulting and mentoring model, but free from those conventional models that there are so many out there, without disapproval, but with reservations in my view.
My proposal is somewhat disruptive and daring. It takes place within challenges and processes that I understood beyond school benches, readings, participation in events and lives. It arises through experiences and commitment. What used to be nothing more than prose and coffee, became pondering and nourishment. This is my purpose that I exercise very well: perception, re-elaboration and translation of feelings, scenarios and situations.
The observation of the “world” scenario regarding abuses in the use of natural resources, the lack of assertive communication between people and other factors stimulated me to find practical solutions to deal with this so that we can live here on this planet without suffering so much from the impacts on our lives. lives. In this movement, I am a piece in action to be the excellent result. There is an old African proverb that goes like this: “Many little people, in many small places, by doing little things, will change the face of the earth”. I am that person in the midst of this immensity, developing something simple, with a view to the collective and with the intention of promoting a peaceful revolution, with a lot of respect and a lot of love.
I think that, as happens in society, which is totally dynamic and variable, the same happens to us.
My profile presents itself as analytical and communicative, it facilitates the processes and establishes my objective of transferring my knowledge and my experiences obtained through relationships, which will allow whoever receives the invitation to promote this re-encounter with your mission and develop your powers, whether in your personal life, your work or your business.
